Heart & Hand Montessori Teacher Education prepares adults to lead classrooms with skill, clarity, and heart. We offer credential pathways in Infant-Toddler and Early Childhood Montessori education, aligned with the AMS components and hour requirements.
Our approach integrates Montessori pedagogy with Anti-Bias, Anti-Racist (ABAR) principles throughout the program. We are committed to inclusion, belonging, and safety, and we hold a guiding value: justice comes before peace; real peace is built through dignity, equity, and accountability.
Graduates earn a Montessori credential and qualify for Step 8.5 in Oregon’s early childhood professional registry.Our Infant-Toddler credential program is MACTE-accredited.

Heart and Hand Montessori Teacher Education Program is honored and proud to have received Full Accreditation status from the Montessori Accreditation Council for Teacher Education (MACTE) in July 2019 for its Infant and Toddler Program.
